1. Activation Email: 

When your Account Holder or Administrator creates an account for you, an activation email will be sent to you from [email protected]. You need to activate your account within 24 hours of receiving the email.

2. Credentials: 

If you are a new user or a first-time purchaser, you will receive your login credentials via email approximately 5-7 business days after we receive your completed order form.

3. Signing In: 

Once you have activated your account, you will be automatically signed in the first time. To log back in, visit riversidescore.com and enter your Username and Password in the fields to Sign in.

4. Remember Me: 

If you would like to store your login information, check the box next to Remember Me before signing in. The next time you access or open the application, the Username box will already be populated, and, depending on your browser privacy settings, the Password box may also be populated.
